With 13 years of industry experience, Michelle Pagano-Monsour brings an honest, hardworking,
client-minded drive to Colonial Title. She firmly believes in helping the client get the best possible
experience as well as the best overall customer service she
can offer. She can't help but infuse positive energy into
the Colonial Title team with her enduring
personality and her goal-driven mindset.
Previously, Michelle's background was in the
mortgage industry working for CitiMortgage,
West Penn Financial, PNC Mortgage
and Washington Mutual. These
positions included Retail as well as
Wholesale Lending. At Colonial Title, Michelle
is responsible for general business and
relationship development with new and
existing clients. Michelle says telling the client "Congratulations on your new home" at the end of a closing is one of the most rewarding
parts of her job. She loves knowing she is able to help individuals and families every day accomplish their dreams of homeownership.
In addition to her coporate duties, Michelle takes on leadership roles in other organizations as well. Her impressive tenure at the Salvation Army started nine years ago as a bell ringer. After her service unit voted her Kettle Chairperson, Michelle couldn’t help but exceed all expectations. She led the Kettle Campaign of her service unit for two years at which time her group then voted her chairperson for the entire service unit, a position she has held for five years. Last year, her service unit reached 110 percent growth in fundraising. She is also Membership Committee Chair of The Pittsburgh Social Exchange (PSE), in charge of generating new membership leads, maintaining accurate member databases and acting as a liason between the Leadership Team and PSE members. Michelle is also a member of Mortgage Bankers of Southwestern Pennsylvania.
